I'll explore the biopsychosocial model as well as incorporate the latest research, which pushes me to do my own research in this area. Yes I'm also a student embarking on how I can study and ultimately show nutrition is key to a thriving mother, a mother free of extra worries, a mother free to say no guilt free, a mother who is seen. (I need to stop there before you end up telling me this is not a book).
